- Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally.
- Process reservations in accordance with hotel standards and brand guidelines.
- Maximize room occupancy and revenue by using up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, packages, and hotel facilities.
- Ensure accuracy in guest profiles, billing instructions, and special requests.
- Assist with group bookings and coordinate with Sales & Events for special requirements.
- Liaise closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor availability and adjust reservations accordingly to optimize room inventory.
- Resolve guest issues and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times.

- Previous experience in reservations role in a luxury hotel.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel reservation systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
