Sourcing strategy by develop and execute specialized sourcing tailored to the unique needs of the defense and military industry2. Conduct market analysis and maintain through understanding of the defense technology trends.3. Conduct assessment of potential suppliers, considering their ability to meet defense specification standards.4. Work closely with technical experts to evaluate the technological capabilities of suppliers5. Negotiate with suppliers ( commercially and technically) to ensure meeting our requirements.6. Collaborate with cross functional team (finance, legal, business development and project management) to ensure comply with the requirements.7. Understand the export control procedure.8.
