As a Chef De Cuisine, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the whole Outlet kitchen with emphasis on quality, presentation within the guidelines of the standardized menus and employee training.Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Restaurant kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
- Helps create innovative/modern cuisines that match with the Restaurant concept
- Attend meetings with Executive Chef to discuss future business strategy and review ongoing action plan progress, and other departmental meetings as required.
- Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs.
- Ensure proper staffing and scheduling in accordance to productivity guidelines.
- Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen team.
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Previous leadership work experience in in upscale French or Mediterranean restaurants.
- Multilingual proficiency; fluency in French is mandatory. Additional languages are advantageous.
- Basic Salary: AED10,000 Monthly
