- Leverage your established network to identify, pursue and convert new commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Lead the development of sales strategy and bespoke partnership solutions across ITP Gaming’s services
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients within the gaming industry
- Ability to independently create and present sales materials
- Achieve sales targets while driving year-on-year growth of product revenue streams
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasting
- Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and product offerings
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and key developments across gaming, entertainment and digital media
- Educated to degree level, with 7–10 years of successful business development and commercial experience in MENA, ideally in gaming marketing services
- Experience and a strong professional network within the gaming industry is essential (Esports advantageous)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead pitches and meet/exceed sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen with analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ambitious, aggressive, proactive, creative and hungry for success
- Ability to lead multiple complex projects independently and prioritise in a fast-paced work environment
- Arabic language skills and a passion for gaming would be advantageous.
