- Administer expatriate benefits programs including housing, travel, education, relocation, and assignment allowances
- Manage the full expatriate assignment lifecycle from onboarding through repatriation
- Serve as the primary contact for expatriate benefits queries and provide clear policy guidance
- Coordinate with finance, payroll, and external vendors to ensure timely and compliant benefits delivery
- Monitor expatriate benefit costs and utilisation, preparing analytical reports for management review
- Support travel, accommodation, and relocation logistics for international assignees
- Assist with business travel coordination and selected administrative activities as required
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR benefits administration or expatriate mobility management
- Practical experience supporting international assignments in a structured corporate setting
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills within a matrix organisation
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Independent, organised, and capable of working with minimal supervision
