The role supports the Communications and Public Relations team by coordinating media relations, assisting with influencer engagement, preparing Arabic communication materials, and ensuring smooth execution of public relations initiatives that enhance brand awareness and corporate reputation.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Arabic media outlets, journalists, and influencers to support brand visibility
  • Coordinate media requests, site visits, interviews, and event logistics across Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment brands
  • Support influencer strategies aligned with marketing objectives, including content coordination and event participation
  • Draft, edit, and proofread Arabic press releases, media kits, and event-related communication materials
  • Track media coverage, prepare performance reports, and conduct basic research on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Communications team, including record keeping, meeting coordination, and daily task support
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Good organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with artificial intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of regional media landscape and influencer trends across the Middle East
  • Proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to learn
