  • Assist the Logistics Manager in all phases of warehouse and supply chain operations
  • Supervise and evaluate the daily activities of logistics staff to ensure alignment with safety and productivity standards
  • Oversee issuance and control of material slips, purchase requests, and inventory documentation
  • Ensure all warehouse processes follow smooth, safe, and efficient procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams to support timely product movement and warehouse coordination
  • Participate in budgeting, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Implement and enforce strict housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance standards
  • Drive continuous learning through training programs in logistics handling and process protocols
  • Contribute to plant improvements aimed at maximizing efficiency and safety
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, resource utilization, and compliance with standard operating procedures
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse supervision
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, warehouse documentation, and supply chain flows
  • Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and operational improvements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Hands-on knowledge of inventory control, dispatching, and material movement
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure while maintaining accuracy
