Fracturing Operations Coordinator - ADNOC Group - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Coordinate daily schedules and operational activities for hydraulic fracturing services in line with project timelines and resource availability
• Maintain accurate records of fracturing operations, including equipment utilization, personnel deployment, and operational data
• Act as a communication focal point between the FRAC Department, field teams, and internal support departments
• Prepare and process operational reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation
• Support procurement and inventory management of fracturing materials and equipment, including supplier coordination
• Provide logistical support for field operations, including transport arrangements and equipment readiness
• Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, expense monitoring, and invoice processing for the department
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Drilling HSE policies, regulatory requirements, and asset integrity standards
• Support development and implementation of departmental operational plans and performance objectives
• Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and investigate variances
• Contribute to development of departmental KPIs and performance monitoring mechanisms
• Support people development initiatives, succession planning, and Emiratization objectives
• Participate in risk identification and mitigation activities within fracturing operations
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and adherence to ISO standards
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of MIS reports for management review

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a coordination role within oilfield services, preferably hydraulic fracturing or pressure pumping
• Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP
• Good understanding of HSE requirements in oil and gas operations
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
