- Achieve monthly sales targets for certified pre owned vehicles while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Manage customer enquiries from phone, online platforms, and showroom visits to convert leads into vehicle sales.
- Guide customers through the full vehicle purchase journey using a structured and transparent sales approach.
- Promote finance and insurance products, trade in opportunities, and dealer installed accessories to maximize sales value.
- Ensure all sales transactions and customer data are accurately recorded within CRM systems such as C4C.
- Capture complete customer details including identification, contact information, and test drive data for follow up and reporting.
- Maintain strong follow up with potential customers to improve lead conversion rates.
- Participate in sales meetings and stay updated on product knowledge, brand campaigns, and market trends.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage referrals to expand the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with showroom managers and branch teams to ensure effective deal management and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to build trust with customers and guide them through purchase decisions.
- Experience in upselling finance products, vehicle accessories, and additional services.
- Strong attention to data accuracy and digital systems usage.
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
