Receptionist

• Receive all visitors and provide them with the necessary assistance
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information if necessary
• Receive and sort daily mail as well as deliveries
• Maintain security of the office by following procedures and controlling access
• Offer word-processing and secretarial support as may be required
• Assist callers with information
• Make or re-direct calls as appropriate and take messages where necessary
• Keep the reception area tidy at all times
• Perform any other clerical receptionist duties as may be required

• Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution
• Must have proven experience working as a receptionist
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism to customers and visitors
• Any nationality can apply
