Rider Field Compliance and Operations Coordinator - Talabat - Dubai, UAE

• Conduct on ground rider audits to ensure compliance with company standards including hygiene, uniform, appearance, and professional behavior.
• Monitor rider presence at busy vendor locations and maintain operational discipline during peak delivery hours.
• Manage crowd control at high traffic vendor locations, promotional events, and busy delivery zones.
• De escalate conflicts between riders, vendors, and customers while ensuring professional communication and quick issue resolution.
• Support vendor relationships by assisting with operational coordination and addressing daily delivery challenges.
• Provide real time operational updates to internal teams to support rapid issue resolution.
• Deliver safety reminders and operational guideline updates to riders to maintain compliance with company policies.
• Participate in initiatives designed to improve rider experience, operational safety, and delivery efficiency.
• Monitor rider behavior and ensure adherence to delivery operations procedures.
• Support field operations teams during peak hours and high demand periods.

• Previous experience in delivery operations, logistics coordination, or rider supervision preferred.
• Valid UAE motorbike driving license required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with riders and vendors.
• Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Good command of English communication; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu considered beneficial.
• Responsible and detail oriented with strong adherence to operational rules and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene practices considered an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and outdoor assignments.
