About UsWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in U.S. HR practices, with specific experience in Texas labor laws and regulations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop and implement HR strategies that support our organizational goals, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.Ensure compliance with federal, state (especially Texas), and local employment laws and regulations.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.Manage employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave administration.Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and retention.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.Handle employee investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally and legally.Maintain HR records and systems (HRIS) with accuracy and confidentiality.Provide HR metrics and reporting to support business decisions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus).Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.Proven HR experience in the United States; experience in Texas is strongly preferred.In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Texas employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.Should be based in DubaiWhy Join Us?Competitive salary, team culture, growth opportunities.To Apply:Please submit your application of our career page along with updated resume, LinkedIn and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you're a good fit for this role.Powered by JazzHR
