The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Job SummaryPlan, film, and edit high-quality video content with a strong storytelling focus and ability to leverage AI video tools for efficiency to create high-quality visual content that effectively showcases the products, processes, and services of the companyKey ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the Videographer include, but are not limited to:To be able to create high-quality commercial videos for different products, and services in B2B & B2C Industries.Plan and shoot A-roll, B-roll, interviews, and product footage.Conceptualize, shoot, produce, write, and edit high-end videos for the company.Edit short-form and long-form content optimized for each platform.Work on Corporate long videos and social media trending content.Planning concepts by studying information and materialsStrong photography skills in multiple industries.Use AI tools (Runway, Pika, Topaz) for cleanup, enhancement, and creative variations.Collaborate with Content Creators during shoots to capture planned narratives.Maintain rights-safe music, SFX, and archival footage systems.Working across different portfolios from F&B to Real Estate, to Construction/Heavy Equipment/Auto-vehicles, adjusting the collaterals for different channels such as YouTube , LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Tok-tok, etc., and according to different requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in one of these industries related to Motion vehicles, Heavy machinery or construction is a plus.Demonstrated use of AI tools in video workflow.Proven experience in Motion Design, using after effects & Premiere.video editing experience - Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve, After Effects basics.Strong narrative sense: pacing, hooks, visual storytelling.Familiar with converting storyboards into commercial videos.To possess Technical AcumenSkilled in using Davinci Resolve for Video coloring & editing.A valid driving license is a must.Experience with drones.Founded in 1978, Al Marwan is dedicated to serving customers in the construction, machinery, real estate and hospitality industries across the GCC.
