- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, defining strategy, roadmaps, success metrics, and execution plans aligned with long-term growth objectives
- Drive modernization of legacy systems and operating models to improve scalability, agility, and experience outcomes
- Identify, prioritize, and govern digital investments based on business impact and feasibility
- Own and execute the real estate AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases across operations, finance, HR, and customer experience
- Oversee AI solution design, deployment, lifecycle management, and value realization
- Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical, responsible, and compliant practices
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI, RPA, and workflow technologies, ensuring process standardization prior to automation
- Partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor, translating strategic priorities into data-driven business cases and initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across IT, business units, and regional teams
- Establish governance, change management, and adoption frameworks to ensure sustainable transformation and continuous improvement
- 10 to 15 plus years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, AI, or automation roles, with 3 to 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record delivering large-scale digital and AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, automation technologies including RPA and workflow platforms, and digital ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and manage senior stakeholders
