Customer Happiness Consultant

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers in understanding the services offered by Expat Maid "Tadbeer Center," including the Tadbeer program, eligibility criteria, and application process.
• Guide customers through the documentation and application procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Typing customer applications through the government portal with accuracy and speed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the smooth processing of customer applications, and service requests.
• Provide personalized assistance and support to customers, offering solutions to their specific needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, utilizing the Tadbeer system.
• Conduct follow-up calls or emails with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided and address any outstanding issues.

• High school diploma or Diploma (university certificate) in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Tadbeer Center and program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of domestic worker recruitment processes and regulations in the UAE is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
