- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, from daily dining to formal events, ensuring seamless, discreet, and personalised experiences.
- Manage, train, and motivate a diverse F&B team, fostering a culture of attentive service, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with culinary, housekeeping, and external suppliers to ensure flawless coordination.
- Set and uphold the highest standards in table settings, dining presentation, food safety, and hygiene across all F&B operations.
- Supervise inventory, procurement, and stock control for food, beverages, and dining equipment, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
- Anticipate guest preferences, proactively delivering exceptional service tailored to individual tastes and requirements.
- Manage private functions and bespoke events, from concept to execution, ensuring every detail meets the expectations.
- Implement and monitor compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, creating a safe and impeccable experience for all.
- Substantial experience in F&B management or supervision, ideally within a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant or similar high-end environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and communication skills to inspire a high-performing, guest-focused team.
- Strong understanding of global cuisine, wine and beverage service, and modern hospitality best practices.
- Proactive and adaptable approach, able to anticipate needs and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Flexible and committed, with the willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
