Published on 27/02/2026OverviewThe instructor will conduct, and assist in the development of, maintenance training programs to enhance the skills of trainees. The instructor will conduct technical instruction within their specified trade and knowledge areas. The instructor will conduct trainee assessments and will provide remedial training where necessary. The instructor will review/amend course material in order to ensure training effectiveness. The instructor will also maintain records of training activities and of student attendance.1. Perform technical instruction on a range of technical training including aircraft maintenance, general technical training and specialist technical training topics.
2. Provide necessary technical information, guidance, and support to product design specialists.
3. Review, assist in the development of, and/or recommend changes of course material to line management.
4. Conduct classroom and platform instruction in line with training schedules.
5. Produce required reports for each course delivered.
6. Contribute to internal validation activities to ensure effectiveness of training.
7. Maintain classroom discipline and manage the learning process of trainees.
8. Responsible for general housekeeping for all assigned areas.
9. Maintain trainee records such as attendance, and prepare resources and materials required for instruction.
