- Plan and schedule freestyle skiing programs with clear objectives and progression paths
- Manage and support coaches across all age groups to ensure consistency in training and instruction
- Oversee direction, coordination, and execution of freestyle events and competitions
- Manage and maintain equipment budgets for freestyle programs
- Conduct private and group lessons from beginner to advanced levels, delivering excellent customer service
- Participate in instructor training and contribute to onboarding and development of new trainers
- Ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout the entire lesson experience
- Certified ski instructor, ISIA qualification preferred
- Strong background in freestyle skiing instruction and coaching
- Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Flexible in working hours to accommodate training schedules and events
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality coaching
