At the same time, we are committed to innovating and designing new products in line with the values ​​of our Houses, through a process of permanent creativity.Key Responsibilities:Regional Jewelry Expert & Technical Authority:Act as the ultimate regional technical authority and subject matter expert for all jewelry repair techniques, materials, and best practices, providing unparalleled guidance, consultation, and problem-solving expertise across the entire regional network. Ensure the consistent application of the highest standards of craftsmanship and technical excellence throughout all regional repair operations.Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled jewelers located at the main repair center in Dubai, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Operational Oversight:Oversee and optimize the daily operations of the main jewelry repair platform and all associated boutique workshops in the UAE, ensuring adherence to Richemont's high standards of quality and service. Conduct thorough assessments and validations of completed work to ensure impeccable craftsmanship and compliance with brand guidelines.Network Development:Act as the primary responsible party for the strategic development, management, and performance of the entire jewelry repair network across the region.Technical Training:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for technicians and jewelers, enhancing their skills, knowledge, and proficiency in advanced jewelry repair techniques.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with various internal departments of our jewelry maisons (Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Buccellati, Vhernier), other Richemont technical and administrative entities to ensure seamless service delivery and support regional business objectives.Reporting & Analysis:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to repair operations, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on regional performance and strategic initiatives.Qualifications
  • Proven experience in jewelry repair management within a luxury brand environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating technical teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of fine jewelry craftsmanship, materials, and repair techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
