- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles as per approved manpower plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and competency fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines.
- Maintain and build a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Facilitate interview processes including logistics, documentation, and candidate communication.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment status and pipeline.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
- Manage pre-joining and onboarding processes including documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
- Ensure smooth induction and orientation of new employees.
- Coordinate with internal teams for employee onboarding requirements (IT, finance, admin, etc.).
- Support employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, and separations.
- Support payroll processing by validating employee data, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely and accurate payroll disbursement.
- Ensure employee benefits, allowances, and deductions are processed accurately.
- Address employee queries related to payroll and compensation.
- Assist in implementing the hospital’s performance management system.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles including goal setting, reviews, and documentation.
- Track completion of appraisals and follow up with stakeholders.
- Maintain performance records and support reporting on performance metrics.
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and induction sessions.
- Support training needs analysis in collaboration with HR and department heads.
- Maintain training records and track employee participation.
- Assist in execution of employee development initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Assist in formulation and updating of HR policies, procedures, and administrative protocols.
- Ensure accuracy of employee data in HRMS.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, license issuance, and HR MIS reports.
- Track and manage documentation related to licensing, visas, and onboarding.
- Support compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulatory requirements (DHA/HAAD/MOH).
- Coordinate documentation for employee licensing and malpractice insurance.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents for visa and regulatory processes.
- Maintain compliance records and support internal and external audits.
- Assist in handling employee queries, grievances, and requests.
- Support implementation of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee concerns in coordination with HR leadership.
- Prepare recruitment, payroll, and HR operations reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Maintain trackers for recruitment, payroll inputs, licensing, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics and activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (mandatory)
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CIPD / SHRM (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, HR operations, or employee lifecycle management
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry in the UAE is preferred
- Exposure to payroll processing, performance management, appraisals, trainings, and HR policy support
- Familiarity with regulatory and licensing requirements is mandatory.
