- Assist in developing and communicating the product vision and strategies, drawing from market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Support in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, helping prioritize features and enhancements to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with external UX/UI designers and developers, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products within established timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with various teams to aid in the development and launch of new products or enhancements.
- Utilize analytics and user feedback to support monitoring of product performance, aiming for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for product-related inquiries, offering support to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Contribute to the team's tech expertise, aiding in product development and decision-making processes.
- Participate in client and vendor meetings, as necessary.
- Assist in building and maintaining sustainable, long-term relationships with vendors.
- Support internal business development initiatives and efforts in client acquisition.
- Engage in the company's thought leadership by contributing to articles, research reports, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.
