Terminal Performance and Optimization Manager - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Define and monitor terminal productivity KPIs including berth productivity, crane moves per hour, equipment utilization, truck turnaround time and yard dwell time
• Establish real-time operational dashboards integrating vessel, yard, equipment and gate performance metrics
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational delays and inefficiencies and implement corrective measures
• Prepare executive performance reports with trend analysis and improvement recommendations
• Lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and GEMBA initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance operational flow
• Identify bottlenecks in vessel planning, yard management and gate operations and implement sustainable improvements
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to standardize operational best practices
• Lead deployment of advanced optimization systems including automated vessel planning and AI-driven equipment scheduling
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to fine-tune operational system parameters
• Develop predictive models for yard capacity planning, productivity forecasting and equipment maintenance optimization
