Director, Internal Audit - Group Audit and Advisory Services - Majid Al Futtaim Holding - Dubai, UAE

• Translate Group Audit and Advisory Services strategy into actionable initiatives aligned with group objectives
• Support the setting of GA and AS objectives and targets ensuring integration across audit and advisory disciplines
• Develop and maintain the annual internal audit plan for Asset Management and Development business units based on enterprise risk assessment, strategic priorities, and executive input
• Lead and manage complex, risk-based audits including capital projects and large-scale developments
• Monitor execution of the approved audit plan, reporting progress, constraints, or scope limitations to the Chief Audit Officer
• Identify emerging risks and recommend updates to the audit plan to address evolving business and regulatory environments
• Oversee audit engagements assessed as high engagement risk and ensure timely escalation to GA and AS leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive management, Audit and Risk Committee, and key stakeholders
• Guide, coach, and develop internal audit teams, ensuring high professional standards and consistent audit quality

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Professional certification such as CIA preferred, or CA, CPA, CISA, CRMA
• Additional professional qualifications relevant to audit focus areas such as real estate, operations, technology, analytics, or supply chain
• Minimum 15 years of experience in internal audit, internal controls, or assurance roles within large regional or multinational organizations
• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing audit teams and implementing audit methodologies
• Strong understanding of complex risk environments and governance frameworks
