Design Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience (10 years +) in technical design management within the building sector, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out design principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Strong understanding of local building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling tools, and rendering software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building certification is a plus.
