Innovation & Expertise: We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver exceptional results through cutting-edge technologies, design solutions, and world-class project management.Position overview:As part of our Quality Control Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions for complex projects. Your responsibilities will include:Undertaking quality inspections on material and manufactured items from a dimensional, visual and non-destructive perspective;
Undertaking quality inspections on supplied and delivered items, ensuring these meet the material and technical requirements as well as checks for any non-conformities with respect to the relevant tolerances;
Ensuring that proper WPS are displayed in the workshop and that Welders have a clear understanding of the requirements;
Making sure that all manufacturing processes and procedures are adhered to in the workshop;
Collecting and maintaining records for the Quality Documentary System.
Attends 'Kick-Off' meetings if needed and assist Project team with project preparation;
Coordinate with third party companies subject to project requirements (e.g. NDT, certify load and / or pressure tests, third party assigned by the client, etc.);
Preparation of Fabrication Data Books in conjunction with the project team.ProfileWe are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.We seek the ideal candidate profile with:Educational background: Engineering degree or similar;
Industry knowledge: Minimum 3 years of experience in the field; and basic understanding of Engineering, and Oil and Gas related technical requirements;
Essential technical skills: Understanding of related standards (ASM B31.3, API, ASME IX, AWSD1.1), good technical knowledge of production and manufacturing standards and tolerances, Welding Inspector certification (CSWIP or AWS-CWI) is beneficial;
