- Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Develop strategic advertising and marketing plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of advertising campaigns, ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Lead account teams, provide guidance and direction to account managers and coordinators, and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Identify new business opportunities, pitch agency services to prospective clients, and expand the agency's client base.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability for both the agency and clients.
- Brief the creative team on client objectives, provide clear direction, and ensure that creative work aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Address client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, and proactively find solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance and maintain a competitive edge for clients.
