- Bachelor's Degree and/or Secretarial Course.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative position working alongside C-level management
- Public sector experience would be advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency (Oral & Written) in both Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated experience in administration, executive PA, and office management in a pressurized environment.
- Proficient in diary management and travel coordination.
- Expertise in Outlook; Intermediate level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and coordinate with others.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.
