- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for building construction, palace, luxury hotels & villas projects
- Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and pricing schedules
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness and accuracy
- Monitor project costs and financial performance throughout the construction phase, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or variances
- Prepare interim valuations and progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Manage contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects, including variations, claims, and final accounts
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery
- Provide support and guidance to junior members of the quantity surveying team
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and construction cost management
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on building construction, palace, luxury hotels & villas projects
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations and reporting
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to quantity surveying and construction contracts
