- Lead the development of project-specific project controls execution strategies
- Coordinate with project directors and managers on reporting, planning, and control services
- Manage and implement procedures for budgeting, cost forecasts, and schedule control
- Oversee cost engineering functions such as invoice tracking, monthly reporting, variance and trend analysis, and cash flow forecasting
- Supervise cost estimating activities and benchmark assessments for periodic project updates
- Ensure efficient change management and revenue recovery planning for assigned projects
- Direct planning and scheduling efforts, including progress tracking and corrective actions
- Administer internal control audits and ensure financial compliance
- Drive risk management efforts, including mitigation and contingency planning
- Maintain integration between estimating, cost control, planning, and risk functions
- Manage administrative procedures and commercial documentation with clients and JV partners
- Coordinate project progress, cost, and schedule reporting to all stakeholders
- Ensure cash calls and forecasts are aligned with finance and accounts payable processes
- Bachelor\'s degree in construction or engineering
- At least 15 years of experience in the oil and gas or renewables sector, focusing on project controls
- Minimum 10 years of proven leadership in managing large-scale capital projects and turnarounds
- Advanced knowledge of cost control, estimating, planning, and scheduling practices
- Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to interpret complex cost and schedule data
- Experience with risk analysis methodologies (SRA, CRA) and audit processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and project control software tools
- Track record of successful client and JV partner interfacing in complex project environments
