- Plan and assign tasks to electricians and technicians
- Monitor installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems

- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment usage
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and guide technicians
- Maintain records of work progress, reports, and documentation
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety procedures
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Time management and organizational skills
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Several years of experience as an Electrical Technician or Electrician
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid electrical license (as per local regulations)
- Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA or equivalent – beneficial)
- Construction sites, industrial plants, commercial buildings
- Indoor and outdoor work
- May involve working at heights or in challenging conditions
- Requires site visits and sometimes extended working hours
- Senior Electrical Supervisor
