Job Category: AdministrationJob Description:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Facilitate smooth patient flow in the outpatient clinic by calling patients into the consultation room according to the appointment sequence and ensuring orderly movement between the waiting area and consultation rooms.
2.Assist in preparing the consultation room before the clinic starts by ensuring the room is clean, organized, and ready for patient consultations.
3.Maintain availability of basic non-clinical clinic supplies and notify the responsible staff when replenishment is required.
4.Guide patients regarding the clinic process and assist them in locating other departments such as laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, or billing when required.
5.Assist elderly or mobility-limited patients in reaching the consultation area when necessary.
6.Coordinate with reception, nursing staff, and physicians regarding patient arrival, delays, or changes in the consultation flow.
7.Inform physicians when patients are ready for consultation and help maintain efficient patient turnover in the clinic.
8.Assist in organizing and handling non-clinical documents or forms required for consultation and ensure documents are directed to the appropriate departments when instructed.
9.Support physicians and nursing staff in maintaining an organized and efficient clinic environment.
10.Report operational issues or workflow challenges within the clinic area to the department supervisor or clinic manager.
11.Maintain professional communication with patients and staff while ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality.
12.Comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection prevention practices while performing assigned duties.
13.Perform other non-clinical duties assigned by the department supervisor or clinic manager to support smooth outpatient clinic operations.

14.Complete the typographical work as physicians explains.Qualifications:Qualification : Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred3.2 Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare.3.3 Skill set : Excellent written and verbal communication skills..3.4 Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic desirable but not mandatory.
