- Provides front desk reception assistance for the business which includes handling of all phone calls and manages internal & external customer/guest in a timely and professional way.
- Perform general administrative and office duties, such as screening and directing phone, devise and maintain office filling system.
- Management office assets, resources and ordering supplies, maintaining records management database system, and perform basic bookkeeping work.
- To assist Managers in daily administrative/operational duties.
- Maintain and update the database, files and inventory records must be organized and available as when is necessary.
- Maintain Computerized Work Order System as directed by the department.
- Prepare confidential letters, labels, envelopes, documents, reports, etc.
- File, copy, and/or deliver or mail documents
- Order office supplies to ensure proper inventory
- Assist with purchase requisitions, claim vouchers, ordering, and bids
- Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform other duties as assigned/needed
- Maintain good public relation
- Secretary / Administrator: 3 years (Required)
