Mechanical Designer | Private Property | DubaiKendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to join the team of a private property based in Dubai. This is a live-in role ideal for someone with a strong background in mechanical drafting and design, particularly within luxury residential or hospitality environments.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related technical disciplineProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and/or other 3D CAD tools (required)Certification in HVAC Design, Fire Protection Systems, or Plumbing Design (advantageous)Sound knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, BS/EN, and UAE Municipality Design Codes3–5 years of experience in mechanical drafting/designPrevious work on residential estates, luxury villas, hospitality, or high-end interior fit-out projects in the UAE or GCCExperience collaborating with architects, interior designers, and MEP teamsFamiliarity with site coordination, material specifications, and producing detailed design documentationPackage:Salary: AED 4,000 – 8,000 (negotiable depending on experience)Live-in role30 days’ leave after 12 months of continuous serviceOne return flight to home country per year after 12 months of serviceHealth insurance providedInterested candidates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply.
