- Assist in developing and enhancing governance frameworks for operational control centers (OCCs) to ensure compliance with RTA standards
- Conduct operational readiness drills, scenario planning, and performance monitoring to assess preparedness
- Compile and present reports on OCC performance, incident responses, and compliance to senior management
- Support the design and refinement of operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Analyze operational data to identify patterns, predict future needs, and recommend improvements
- Provide analytical and technical support for strategic decision-making and governance of large-scale events
- Assist in developing crisis management plans, conducting event simulations, and ensuring operational readiness
- Implement effective knowledge management practices to preserve critical information and ensure continuous improvement
- Foster innovation by exploring advanced technologies and methodologies for OCC operations
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and safety guidelines across all control centers
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation & Traffic, Computer, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in operational control centers, transportation systems, or data analysis
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, data management, and basic reporting
- Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
