  • Manage mise en place and daily operations for the assigned kitchen section
  • Produce high-quality dishes in line with established recipes and standards
  • Ensure food preparation meets hygiene, safety, and quality requirements
  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in organizing and supervising kitchen operations
  • Support the Sous Chef in developing new dishes and recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of work areas and equipment
  • Work collaboratively with multicultural kitchen teams
  • Contribute to a positive, efficient, and professional kitchen environment
Ideal Profile
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel
  • Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and consistency
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Confidence working with diverse teams and cuisines
