- Monitor and control quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, FSSC 22000)
- Conduct inspections, audits, and prepare quality reports
- Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions
- Train production staff on hygiene, safety, and SOPsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in quality control (preferably in meat/poultry/food industry)
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, GMP, FSSC standards
- Excellent documentation & communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts Preference will be given to male candidates (due to shift requirements) and those with prior experience in the meat & poultry industry.
