- Develop and lead the digital services roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
- Initiate and oversee projects for new digital tools, services, and platforms.
- Ensure integration and standardization of digital initiatives across divisions.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business leaders to drive adoption and cultural change.
- Report progress, outcomes, and impact of digital initiatives to top management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
- MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or product development.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, automation tools, cloud solutions, and data-driven services.
- Proven track record of leading cross-divisional digital projects from assessment to delivery.
- Strong business acumen to evaluate ROI and scalability of digital initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and change management skills.
