1. ROLE PURPOSE:
To develop and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and its relevant management information and reporting systems within Mubadala Energy.
To perform the development of systems initiatives including requirement gathering, designing, prototyping, production building, testing, training, migrating and supporting the system after go live using the proper methodology for the task/project under consultancy and guideline provided by Manager, IT Applications.
The role is expected to support as well as provide technical guidance relating to ERP, Management reporting systems and any other relevant IT Applications to users which include but not limited to finance, SCM, warehouse, maintenance, HR, etc. as needed to maintain or improve the efficiency of the business processes within the organization
The role is also expected to ensure all technical supports and guidance provided always comply with any applicable policies and procedures of department and organization.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Planning
To effectively manage personal workload during Systems implementations and initiatives.
Lead and manage small projects
Recommend improvements/enhancements in both new functionalities as well as new advanced technologies to the team to ensure that IT Applications can better serve businesses

Quality of project management and project communication

Requirement Gathering for System Development
Ensure adherence IT Applications change control processes with appropriate documentation
Gather requirements from functional business users/analyst and coordinate change with IT Applications development team
Provide technical advice and guidance during requirement sessions to allow users to understand technical possibilities.
Key Performance Indicators
Completion of change requests details and approval in MP Change management system
Availability of requirement documents which reflect both business and technical requirements.
System Development
Leading the build and development of IT Applications functionalities and features including all interfaces
Ensure adherence IT Applications development control processes
Ensure that proper documentation i.e. specification, users guide is available for all developments
Ensure that all agreed requirements are covered
Ensure that thorough testing and peer reviews have always be conducted on all developments before deployment
Key Performance Indicators
Completion of development control processes and documentations
Working functionalities that fit both business and technical requirements
Availability of test result and peer review for each development.
User and Team Support
Help support users and provide training as needed
Provide on-time feedback / response to team when requested

User satisfaction in quality of output/ issue resolution and lead times for support matters

5. Knowledge, sKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge & Experience:
Strong SCM functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suites
Good SCM technical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suites
Good technical knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle AME, Oracle Workflow, OAF, and other Oracle development tools
At least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suites
At least 3 hands-on of full cycles of Oracle E-Business Suites implementations
Familiar with any self-service BI and other reporting and planning tool is advantage
Familiar with source control and deployment control system, TFS is preferable
Good experience of building interfaces between different systems
Good knowledge of finance and accounting standards and practices
Good knowledge of other business processes such as Inventory, Warehouse and Maintenance.
Good knowledge of project management methodology
Oil and Gas experience preferential, but not essential
