
PROJECT MANAGER: STRATEGY & CONSULTING

- Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end delivery of strategy and advisory projects
- Develop and manage detailed project work plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams, building trusted relationships
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and project governance meetings
- Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables, aligning with client expectations and firm standards
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage change requests, and resolve issues proactively
- Track and report project progress, budgets, and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders
- Support proposal development, resource planning, and internal capability building initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 6-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2-3 years in project management within consulting or professional services
- PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certification is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience managing government or public sector transformation projects is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of project financials, delivery frameworks, and quality control processes
- Familiarity with GCC/UAE institutional and regulatory landscape is a strong plus
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
