It is launched as part of the “Projects of the 50”, which aim to accelerate the development journey of the UAE.Job title:
As a Filed Service Engineer for Philips Health Systems, you will become a part of the team that offers service & customer support to local hospitals and health providers along with service experts that provide global support, training and customized solutions.Your role:

Installing Philips Healthcare (PH) equipment according to standards with respect to quality and installation time as set by PH

Performing planned maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and to the quality standards set by PH

Performing corrective maintenance, supported when necessary by tier-2 support helpdesk

Submitting timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports and other paperwork as assigned

Being aware of customer needs and potential commercial leads (Philips

Lifecycle Solutions – PLS) through customer visits and provide feedback and recommendations to the management, relevant people within the organization

Being a professional representative for PH with respect to customer problems, ensuring personal acceptability by the customer in appearance and behavior in accordance with PH policy and targets

1. Emirati national only, holding Family Book and registered/able to register in NAFIS2. Post-2022 university degree majored in Biomedical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent3. Fluency in both English and Arabic4. Customer-oriented mindset5. Availability for business trips inside the UAE (at least 60% of the working time)About Philips
