Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple branches and locations
Administer virtualization platforms including VMware ESXi environments
Oversee Windows Server environments (2016-2019), Active Directory, and Exchange/Office 365 systems
Configure and manage network infrastructure including firewalls, L2/L3 switches, and wireless systems
Implement and maintain backup solutions using Veeam and ensure disaster recovery readiness
Monitor system performance, security, and availability to ensure business continuity
Manage VPN, CCTV systems, and AV/multimedia infrastructure
Support and maintain communication systems including Avaya IP PBX
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams for system upgrades and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection, and operational standardsRequirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
4-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management (multi-site experience preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and virtualization technologies
Expertise in Microsoft Server (2016-2019), Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office 365
Proficiency in network administration including firewalls, switching (L2/L3), and wireless systems
Experience with Veeam backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
Familiarity with AV systems, Avaya IP PBX, VPN, and CCTV infrastructure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA, or VCP are highly desirableSalary, Benefits & Career Growth
