We are seeking a Leasing Manager with proven and specific experience in real estate leasing within the UAE market. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in handling leasing operations for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, with the ability to drive occupancy rates and maximize rental revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the Leasing Manager include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage all leasing activities for the company’s residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
  • Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and contracts with tenants.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and tenants.
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity in Sharjah and the UAE.
  • Prepare leasing reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE property laws and regulations.
Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or relevant administrative qualification (preferred)Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)Minimum 3–5 years of specific leasing experience in the UAE real estate market.Candidates without specific leasing experience will not be considered.Proven track record of achieving leasing targets.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Good knowledge of Sharjah real estate market is preferred.Valid UAE driving license.Founded in 1978, Al Marwan is dedicated to serving customers in the construction, machinery, real estate and hospitality industries across the GCC.
