Project Manager MEP - Engineering and Construction Projects - Dubai, UAE

• Lead the full lifecycle of MEP projects from initiation through construction and final handover
• Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies to ensure efficient project delivery
• Ensure compliance with project scope, technical specifications, contractual obligations, and approved budgets
• Monitor and control project timelines using planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural teams, consultants, and external stakeholders for integrated project execution
• Oversee installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and utility systems
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction method statements
• Ensure compliance with international standards including ASHRAE, NFPA, and IEC requirements
• Supervise testing, commissioning, system validation, and final project handover processes
• Prepare project budgets, monitor cash flow forecasts, and control project costs
• Manage project variations, claims, and contractual obligations with subcontractors
• Review subcontractor agreements and monitor performance throughout project execution
• Conduct coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Report project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management
• Ensure compliance with QA QC procedures, safety regulations, and HSE policies
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 12 to 18 years of experience in MEP construction projects with at least 5 years in a Project Manager position
• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Strong technical knowledge of integrated MEP systems and construction methodologies
• Proficiency with project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera or MS Project
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
