Experience (overall): 1 to 4 years (preferred 2-3 years in telecalling/client handling/customer service)What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Practical background in telecalling, client servicing, or customer support - ideally 2 to 3 years focused on outbound/inbound calls and client engagement.
- Language Skills: Exceptional command of English in both spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage.
- Industry Preference: Candidates with exposure to IT software or technology sales are highly desirable.
- Lead Generation (Bonus): Experience sourcing and nurturing leads via LinkedIn, Facebook or similar channels will be considered a plus.
2. Phone Presence: Polished, polite, and confident telephone manner.
3. Customer Handling: Ability to handle enquiries, resolve issues empathetically, and escalate when necessary.
4. Organizational Skills: Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
