- Operate the in-house water bottling system in compliance with hotel standards, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
- Wash, sanitize, refill, cap, and label water bottles following established procedures.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure bottled water meets required health and safety standards.
- Ensure all equipment, machines, and tools related to the bottling unit are cleaned, sanitized, and well maintained.
- Maintain proper stock levels of clean bottles, caps, and labels to support smooth operation.
- Record daily production, usage, and wastage reports accurately and submit to the Chief Steward.
- Adhere to HACCP, Dubai Municipality, and hotel hygiene & sanitation standards at all times.
- Safely handle and store chemicals used in cleaning and sanitization of bottles and equipment.
- Assist the stewarding team in other back-of-house cleaning and support duties when required.
- Report any maintenance issues or malfunctions of bottling equipment to the Engineering or Stewarding Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the bottling area at all times.
- Support sustainable initiatives of the hotel by minimizing single-use plastics and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel.
