- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute financial plans and forecasts
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and business modeling to support strategic initiatives
- Interpret complex financial data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Utilize advanced Excel skills and ERP systems (including Oracle) to manage financial data and reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
- Strong experience in business planning, financial analysis, and business modelling
- High analytical ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (preferably Oracle)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Qualified CA and/or MBA in Finance
- 5+ years of experience in finance roles within the Healthcare industry (Financial Analyst, Accountant, etc.)
