Guildhall partnered with a company in the pet care and veterinary industry who is looking for a General Manager to lead their flagship facility in Dubai. This is a senior-level leadership position overseeing daily operations across daycare, grooming, training, veterinary services, and pet retail. You'll lead a team of department heads, manage budgets and business strategy, and serve as the face of the brand - ensuring every pet and pet parent receives top-tier service.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth, high-quality customer experience across touchpoints
- Manage schedules, SOPs, facility maintenance, and regulatory compliance
- Manage operations across multiple departments (daycare, grooming, clinic, retail, training)
- Lead, train, and retain a high-performing team (vets, groomers, daycare, reception, etc.)
- Act as the face of the business for VIP clients and customer concerns
- Build partnerships with pet brands, influencers, and local businesses
- Drive financial performance (P&L, budgeting, reporting)
- Roll out new services, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Work closely with ownership on business expansion, innovation, and growth targets.Ideal Candidate:
- At least 5+ years in operations or general management (hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or pet care preferred)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Financially savvy (comfortable with P&L, KPIs, budgeting)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
