- Develop and maintain operational processes, internal controls, and compliance documentation.
- Track and resolve issues, ensuring risks are addressed promptly.
- Support internal audit follow-ups and ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
- Coordinate training sessions and track document retention compliance.
- Monitor tax compliance requirements.
- Oversee inventory count processes for stores and warehouses, and support shrinkage reduction plans.
- Review petty cash, payment approvals, and agreements to identify potential risks.
- Ensure all approvals are obtained as per established company policies.
- Support process automation initiatives and system enhancements.
- Liaise with managers and stakeholders to ensure collaboration on compliance matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 5+ years' experience in control, audit, or compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP system governance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in a multi-national organization is preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
