- Design end to end application solutions aligned to business processes, ensuring scalability, integration, and architectural best practices
- Act as a bridge between functional teams, developers, and Enterprise Architecture, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in Architecture and EA committee discussions, contributing to governance and design authority decisions
- Collaborate with integration teams using platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud to ensure seamless connectivity across systems
- Support and sometimes lead delivery initiatives, occasionally acting as a Project Manager across key implementations
- Engage with external vendors, including solution design validation, contracting support, and commercial discussions
- Work across a broad application landscape, including ERP, finance, HR, procurement, and specialised corporate platforms
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, including the adoption of AI enabled capabilities within enterprise applications
- Ensure alignment of solutions with corporate back office processes such as finance, procurement, HR, and performance management
- Support the design and integration of both Oracle Fusion modules and non-Fusion enterprise applications.
- 7-10+ years' experience in enterprise applications, with a strong foundation in ERP solutions (e.g. Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)
- Background as a Functional Consultant or Principal Consultant, with experience delivering end to end ERP implementations across multiple streams (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.)
- Proven experience designing and implementing back office solutions, with a strong understanding of corporate processes and system interdependencies
- Broad, hands on experience across the full ERP lifecycle, including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI processes, implementation, and vendor engagement
- Strong understanding of financial management systems, planning, budgeting, and consolidation (EPM experience is advantageous)
- Exposure to Oracle technologies (Fusion, EPM, Oracle Integration Cloud) is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working across multiple application environments beyond core ERP systems
- Ability to operate at both functional and technical levels, connecting business needs with architecture and delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging business leaders, vendors, and technical teams
- Exposure to AI enabled applications, low-code/no-code platforms, or innovation initiatives is a plus
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of solution design and contributing across delivery and architecture
- A critical, business facing architecture role within a high performing applications function
- Direct exposure to Enterprise Architecture, senior leadership, and strategic technology initiatives
