- Lead and manage the HR function for 200+ white-collar employees
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and KPI frameworks
- Design and manage compensation structures, benefits, and incentive programs
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations
- Oversee recruitment, employee engagement, retention, and staff development initiatives
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management
- MBA / Master’s in HR or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within professional or service industries
- Strong understanding of UAE labour regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and administrative skills
- Experience managing HR operations in mid-sized organizations
- Preferred age bracket: 40–46 years
